Description in English: Even before the advent of all the advances in medical imaging, semiology has been and will continue to be the guide for health professionals to translate the subtle ways in which diseases manifest in the body INSERT INTO a diagnosis. In addition to anamnesis and physical examination, interpreting signs and symptoms correctly is essential not only for forming a precise clinical impression but also for requesting relevant diagnostic tests and aids. Considering the medical students at our university and health professionals who confront the challenges posed by the myriad signs and symptoms of cardiovascular diseases, so prevalent in daily clinical practice, this work has been created to provide guidance. It presents descriptions and differential diagnoses of the most common cardiovascular findings. Organized alphabetically, this book features symbols and guides that make it easy to locate diagnoses associated with each clinical sign in a practical and visually appealing manner, rendering it a valuable tool for daily use in medical practice.
