Description in English: The learning styles allow the recognition of the diversity of the human being, who from the cognitive, affective and attitudinal develops his personal and cultural identity, in the ethical and sociocritical dimension. The reflexive and critical assumptions of this text aim to work through teaching and learning processes, recognize the diversity of students and use new pedagogical practices in the university classroom. Its merit consists in collecting the voices and practices of university professors who, in a natural, experiential and dynamic way, give pedagogical clues that lead us to focus attention on learning styles as a basis for configuring institutional reality.
