Description in English: Previously, it was thought that sustained attention could not be objectively recorded using valid non-invasive technology, and it was believed that it was impossible to measure it through the student's physiological activity in real-time without interrupting the teacher's methodology. This work helps to understand one of the most significant cognitive processes in learning: sustained attention. It demonstrates that learning times not only depend on individual differences and teachers' methodologies, but also, and fundamentally, on the physiological processes that are constant in all subjects. The book is designed to constantly help improve teaching/learning processes at all levels.
