Description in English: The last few years have seen an accelerated growth in the use of artificial neural networks and computational intelligence in the world. This is due to different factors such as improvements in the manufacturing of processors and the adoption of the philosophy of free hardware and software, which have consolidated cooperative communities around increasingly ambitious and innovative projects. As a result, several initiatives have emerged that facilitate the implementation of artificial neural networks, although at the same time they have become a black box for users, since they are made up of numerous modules that result in many lines of code to be assimilated. Understanding the importance of building a solid foundation of knowledge, the authors take the reader on a journey through various concepts and mathematical tools to gradually immerse the reader in the creation of their own utilities to implement neural networks, with a friendly language in which numerous practical examples are addressed, which are available in a virtual machine and in a public repository.
