Description in English: Being a teacher is one of the most extraordinary adventures a person can have; at the same time, it is one of the most real possibilities for becoming a better person and learning more with each attempt. All of us teachers have dreamt of a better world in one way or another, where all our students can fulfill themselves, be happy, and meet all their goals.Many teachers understand that reason alone cannot achieve this great dream; we must include heart and emotions. Emotional education becomes a great challenge for accomplishing this task, a challenge that starts with a commitment to teachers' emotional education, those in training and practice. Teachers have a strategic role in changes required by education and our society; they are the multipliers of new paradigms and educational realities.Along with this perspective and as the result of research, this book aims to contribute to the challenge of the starting and permanent training of new generations of teachers, giving teacher trainers and teachers conceptual and praxiological tools for making this bet.
