Description in English: Peace in the feminine, the art of embroidering memories, is a book that brings together the voices of eleven native and resident writers from various parts of the Colombian Caribbean, from La Mojana to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. In its pages, through poetry, short stories, and art, we find reflections, doubts, metaphors of sensitivity, knowledge, emotions, memories, and ways of assuming life from the feminine perspective. Regardless of time, geography, or generation, the book opens a window to new views, criticisms, and meanings of feminine creation, expanding the ranges of visibility of the aesthetic proposals of the authors gathered here. In this way, it is possible to highlight the significant role of women within the cultural sphere and the art manifestations that occur in the territory, with their diverse modes, expressions, and practices as a living and purposeful presence of the female gender, both from the similarity of their contexts and from their multiple divergences, providing an expanded panorama of their own production from another perspective, to promote a form of encounter with themselves and with others. Peace in the feminine, the art of embroidering memories, beyond the scars, the silences, and the uncertainty, is a contained and furious 'us'.
