Description in English: This book brings together argumentative essays on topics related to administration and education, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of educational administration and management education. This book is useful in that it presents models of argumentative essays with relevant content for students, teachers, rectors, and administrative collaborators who want to contribute to the improvement of education from their managerial, academic or administrative support positions. It is also useful for civil servants, leaders, politicians and all those who want to contribute to the development of education and organisations. The argumentative or scientific essay requires a strict handling of quotations and sources, within a structure that is presented in the introductory paragraph and culminates in one or more concluding paragraphs. For this reason, it is desirable that these essays should give rise to new solutions to the problems of quality and equity in education and in the administration of educational organisations, or that they should nurture new research, given that research projects, reports and theses at undergraduate, master's and doctoral level, in their various chapters, are usually argumentative essays related to new knowledge and substantive or formal theories.
