Description in English: This book derives from applied research conducted by the Development Resource Management (GIGRD) research group and funded by the Universidad del Magdalena through its research fund (FONCIENCIAS). It provides management guidelines focused on factory operations for agribusiness development, especially fruit and vegetable processing, by adding value to local and regional fruits and vegetables in order to place them in national and international markets. This is a valuable contribution for actors and agents in the industry, particularly small producers, who decide to venture INSERT INTO the field of manufacturing either individually or through associations.
