Description in English: School micropolitics offers a new valid approach for the interpretation of schools. It allows understanding how political activity, power relations, and conflicts lead to changes in educational institutions. Politics permeates the actions of individuals in the school environment: it is everywhere and in every situation, even if its impact on any institutional teaching task is hidden. This work becomes a contribution to the pressing need for grasping the turbulent political and power struggle practices in educational institutions, which take place under the table. These aspects are critical to the dynamics of school management and affect its quality levels. They have traditionally been evaded and undervalued, left to the sway of daily events, but closely question the school social climate every day. The challenge is to make the political nature of educational institutions and their social actors visible, put them on the table, and thus demystify, reveal, and resignify their political praxis. In other words, providing this praxis with new meanings, based on its comprehension, will contribute to educational development processes.
