Description in English: The book Integral Calculus Applied to Business and Economic Sciences is conceived as part of the mathematical foundations for students enrolled in programs in the fields of business and economic sciences. The purpose of this publication is to contribute to classroom work and to the learning processes of students in their autonomous study for the development of the subject of Integral Calculus. The chapters of this book follow this structure: Chapter one presents the concept of antiderivative and indefinite integral along with their properties and basic integration formulas. Chapter two introduces some integration techniques such as substitution of variables (change of variables), integration by parts, and integration by partial fractions. In chapter three, the calculation of the area between curves is studied as one of the applications of the definite integral. Among the contexts used for the development of problems are total variation, consumer and producer surplus, maximization of utility with respect to average time and cost, among others. Chapter four covers the topic of differential equations, introducing techniques to solve basic differential equations and separable variables.
